This is a quaint and welcoming 1-bedroom house for rent in Cuatro Caminos.
The property opens up into a private exterior patio, perfect for enjoying drinks during summer evenings in Madrid.
The house is spread across 3 floors - upstairs you will find storage space, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a sofa and a mobile TV - just rotate it to watch from the living room or the bedroom! The kitchen is a beautiful room, extended to fit a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, washing machine and a double sink. The bathroom has amazing tiling with a shower-over-bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
The bedroom has a double bed, sofa, coffee table and a standalone wardrobe - note that the sofa also folds into a single bed. There is a walk in closet, too - perfect for those with lots of clothes!! The bathroom is also directly accessible from the bedroom, but there is a second entrance from the hallway - so make sure to lock both doors.
Cuatro Caminos is a great neighbourhood and you will find Santiago Bernabeu Stadium as well as the market Mercado Maravillas!

- The house has a private front terrace - safe from the public and perfect for the evenings.
- Cuatro Caminos is an awesome place to live.
- The house is on a very quiet residential road - no sleepless nights.
