A spacious 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent near Metro Iglesia in Almagro and Trafalgar. The property has a charming living room, where you can relax on 1 of the lovely red sofas and watch TV, or enjoy a delicious meal at the antique-style dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 2-burner stove, a toaster-oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom, which has a double bed and both built-in and a standalone wardrobes. The bathroom has nice, green tiling, as well as a sizable shower and plenty of storage space for all your things.
You'll be living in Almagro and Trafalgar, 1 of Madrid's most well-connected neighborhoods. You'll find lots to do around the apartment, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops on every corner. And, with a Metro station practically outside your front door, you'll have a quick line straight into the city center whenever you need it!
What we liked the most
- We love the spiral staircase and wooden decor.
- There is an AC, necessary for Madrid's summers.
- You can walk to the shopping street Fuencarral.
- Marcos, our Homechecker, loved the location.
