This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Rodrigo Uhagon, in Usera has a living room which opens on to the kitchen for a spacious, bright space for you to relax in. The bedroom is well-equipped with a double bed and built-in wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your things. Between the living room and bedroom is a small but functional bathroom with chic tiles.
The apartment is located in Usera, a predominantly residential area south of the city centre. There are some lovely parks around this peaceful barrio, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. If you're in Madrid to get those insta-perfect snaps, you'll love that the Plaza de la Villa and Temple of Debod are easily accessible by the Metro and bus.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen in this apartment comes with everything you need to cook including a microwave and the pots and pans.
- There is a window in the living room so you'll get plenty of natural light.
- This apartment is close to public transport so if you need to get into the centre of Madrid you can do so in around half an hour.
- There is heating to keep you comfortable when the weather gets a bit cooler.
- This apartment has a full-sized refrigerator in the kitchen so you'll have plenty of room for all that fresh produce from the nearby supermarket.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a washing machine in this apartment but no dryer, so you'll need to hang your laundry up to dry.
- There is no AC in this apartment.
