This bright 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle de Eraso, Guindalera, is an open and luminous property. This 90 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with balcony, a shared bathroom and an ensuite, two bedrooms (double and twin beds) and plenty of storage throughout the property.
Located in the Guindalera area, this property is just outside of the heart of Madrid, which is just 25-minutes away on the Metro. This property is surrounded by restaurants and shops, with more than 5 different supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. With easy access to public transport, it's super quick and easy to get around Madrid and see everything that the city and surrounding areas have to offer.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, and it also has the washing machine.
- The living room is very spacious, bright, and has access to the balcony.
- In the entrance hall there is a table and chairs available, as well as built-in storage.
- The shared bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet and sink. The ensuite bathroom comes off bedroom 1 and is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
- The bedrooms both have plenty of storage and get a lot of natural light since they both have access to balconies that overlook the street.
- This property is among a wide range of restaurants and shops, and it has great connections to the city.
