This 100 m² property offers a shared fully equipped kitchen, living room which has space for a dining area, and a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Located in the Guindalera area, this property is just outside of the heart of Madrid. With great public transport connections to the city and surrounding area, it's easy to get around and see everything that Madrid has to offer. There is a wide range of restaurants within a short walking distance of this property, with the nearest supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a single bed, a desk and chair, standalone and built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, A/C unit and television. There is also extra storage space in the base of the bed. This room has access to the terrace which overlooks the interior patio and gets a lot of direct sunlight. The windows to this room also means the room is very bright.
