This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Luisa Fernanda, Argüelles is stylishly furnished with beautiful wooden floors and black accents throughout. The living area has a large sofa, dining table for 4, TV and a lot of artwork. The kitchen is equipped with a Fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop and kettle. The bedroom has a large double bed, windows with blinds and a built in wardrobe. The bathroom is very stylish with black tile, a curved black sink and large shower.
Nearby you can find many restaurants and bars to feed your social life. There is also the beautiful Parque del Oeste, different universities and a movie theatre within a 10-minute walk. The closest supermarket and pharmacy are about a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- There is a doorman for the building which gives added security.
- The stone wall behind the TV creates a beautiful look in the living area.
- The kitchen counters are made from a gorgeous speckled stone.
- The apartment is nicely decorated with a range of paintings.
- The beautiful Parque del Oeste is within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking, however public transport in this area is excellent.
