This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Jacometrezo, Centro, is sleek with beautiful décor and modern furnishings. The living area has a couch, armchair, TV and a dining table to seat 4, all set on a gorgeous wooden floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove top, microwave, fridge, freezer and other small appliances, with the washing machine situated under the counter. The bedroom has a large double bed, a window to let in light and a black feature wall behind the bed's headboard.
This apartment is very central in Madrid and only a 2 minute walk from Callao Metro. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. There is a pharmacy, supermarket, bank and post office all within 2 minutes walking distance as well.
What we liked the most
- There's a doorman for the building which adds extra security.
- The stone used for the floor and walls are decorative and unique.
- This apartment makes good use of a small space.
- Nearby there is a concert hall and movie theatre to keep you entertained!
- The bathroom has a beautiful dark tiled shower and storage space on either side of the sink.
- The bedroom has a spacious, built-in wardrobe and a small set of drawers as well.

- There is no parking available but the public transport is very good nearby
