We're proud to present this well-equipped lofted 2 bedroom apartment for rent in the very heart of one of Madrid's most vibrant districts, Malasaña. You can't beat this central location - you'll be able to reach most of Madrid's attractions on foot, but you will also have plenty of transportation available. The apartment features beautiful 5th floor views and a separate storage room where you can keep all your suitcases. Every room comes fully furnished and the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The rent comes included with all utilities and the landlord allows you to have pets. The Malasana district is where everything is happening - you'll be able to enjoy plenty of Madrid's restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
What we liked the most
- The 2 bedroom flat for rent has top of the line amenities to make your life easier, including a dishwasher.
- The apartment features A/C, perfect for those hot summer Madrid nights - and trust us, it does get really hot.
- This is an attic style apartment, however, it's still very spacious and has an extra storage room where you can put away your suitcases.
- The apartment is cosy and fully furnished, with nice 5th floor rooftop views of Madrid. All utilities are included so you will be able to enjoy a stress-free stay in Madrid.
- You will also have a dryer and a washing machine available so you will never have to worry again about waiting for your clothes to dry.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an attic style apartment featuring low walls, so it may not be ideal for a very tall person.
