A beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is for rent on Calle Leganitos, very close to Plaza de España. The flat is very beautifully decorated and also features an exterior balcony with third floor views. Located centrally, this apartment is ideal for those wishing to experience the best of what Madrid has to offer. You will be just a walk away from many attractions such as Palacio Real, Gran Via, Casa de Campo park and plenty of bars, restaurants and theaters. The apartment comes fully furnished and its area is 60 m² large. This beautifully decorated flat will come with everything you might need, including A/C for those hot Madrid summer days. Both bedrooms have a single bed and a big table or desk.
What we liked the most
- The living room has an A/C unit to keep tenants cool during the summer.
- The flat is completely renovated and features parquet floors, modern furniture, and colorful pieces of furniture and art.
- You'll be very centrally located with this 2 bedroom apartment as your base. Plaza de España is minutes away and you have access to many transportation lines.
- We love the dark red wall in the living room- it adds a modern touch to the property.
- The bed in Room 1 is a sofa bed, allowing tenants to save space when they are not sleeping.
- Both bedrooms are exterior and have street-facing balconies. Fortunately, the apartment is equipped with modern windows that shut out a lot of noise.
Things to keep in mind
- The building has an elevator.
- The living room is interior and does not have a window.
- The kitchen does not come with an oven, but you'll have silverware, microwave, and a 2 element stove.
