This laid-back flat is on the third floor, and enjoys of a fantastic location in picturesque Chueca neighbrodhood, a great area for those wanting fun, good shopping and a great atmosphere.

This room is furnished with a single bed, a heater, a desk and a wardrobe. There is a window with interior views, and the room can be locked with its own individual key.

- There is a spacious kitchen equipped with a large dining table.
- All rooms are simply but nicely decorated and can be locked with their own individual keys
- There is a big flat screen TV in the living area and two sofas, so you can relax after a busy day watching a movie or some sports.
Things to keep in mind
- There are two fridges, one in the kitchen and another one in the hall, so you will have plenty of space to store your food.
- This apartment is interior, but it doesn't feel too dark. There are plenty of windows that let in some good natural light.
