Individual rooms available for rent in a six bedroom 100 sqm apartment. There are two shared bathrooms and one en-suite. This laid-back flat is on the third floor, and enjoys of a fantastic location in picturesque Chueca neighbrodhood, a great area for those wanting fun, good shopping and a great atmosphere.
Room description
This large room has a double bed, a heater, a desk with two chairs, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, shelves and a built in wardrobe. There is one window with interior views, and the room can be locked with its own individual key. Couples are allowed at an extra cost of 150 euros.

What we liked the most
- There is a spacious kitchen equipped with a large dining table.
- All rooms are simply but nicely decorated and can be locked with their own individual keys
- There is a big flat screen TV in the living area and two sofas, so you can relax after a busy day watching a movie or some sports.
Things to keep in mind
- There are two fridges, one in the kitchen and another one in the hall, so you will have plenty of space to store your food.
- This apartment is interior, but it doesn't feel too dark. There are plenty of windows that let in some good natural light.
