Argüelles is one of Madrid's most popular student neighborhoods due to its easy access to several of the city's main universities and to Malasaña nightlife and other key attractions in the center of Madrid. The neighborhood is also near Parque de Oeste and the famous Templo de Debod. The area of this apartment is 120 m2.
