This five-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Benito Guiterrez in the Argüelles section of Madrid. Argüelles is one of Madrid's most popular student neighborhoods due to its easy access to several of the city's main universities and to Malasaña nightlife and other key attractions in the center of Madrid. The neighborhood is also near Parque de Oeste and the famous Templo de Debod. The area of this apartment is 120 m2.

This bedroom, with an area of 11m2, is the largest available bedroom in the apartment. There is a double bed and a large built-in storage unit as the headboard. There is also a nightstand, desk with shelves, and two wardrobes.
