The rooms are incredibly colorful and come fully furnished as does the rest of the apartment, which is also equipped with an elevator. The tenants will share 4 bathrooms. This is a perfect opportunity for those wishing to live in a dorm-like environment: with 14 other tenants around you we can guarantee you will never have a dull moment in your life! The apartment is located just minutes away from the beautiful Retiro Park where you can enjoy the sunny Madrid weather - perfect for studying and eager runners. The Salamanca district is surrounded by chic shops, restaurants and bars as well as many beautiful parks where you can spend a day soaking up in the sun.
