Are you looking for accommodation near Parque Retiro? We have 15 rooms available for rent in this incredibly large sixth floor apartment on Calle de Goya in upscale Salamanca district. The rooms are incredibly colorful and come fully furnished as does the rest of the apartment, which is also equipped with an elevator. The tenants will share 4 bathrooms. This is a perfect opportunity for those wishing to live in a dorm-like environment: with 14 other tenants around you we can guarantee you will never have a dull moment in your life! The apartment is located just minutes away from the beautiful Retiro Park where you can enjoy the sunny Madrid weather - perfect for studying and eager runners. The Salamanca district is surrounded by chic shops, restaurants and bars as well as many beautiful parks where you can spend a day soaking up in the sun.
