There are rooms available to rent in to individuals and couples in this large 250 m², 8-bedroom apartment in the residential area of Guindalera. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, 3 shared bathrooms and colorful rooms for rent.
On Avenida de América the apartment is the perfect opportunity for professionals or students attending IE Business School who prefer to live in a social apartment. You will be surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy spending time with your new flatmates.

Please note that our Spotahome representative was unable to enter bedroom 1, which is an exterior bedroom equipped with a single bed, a desk and plenty of storage for all your belongings.

- There is an enclosed terrace which is the perfect sun room.
- The kitchen is very spacious with 2 refrigerators and plenty of space for each tenant.
- The dishwasher will make kitchen clean-up quick and easy.
- The location is ideal for IE Business School students.
