There are rooms available to rent in to individuals and couples in this large 250 m², 8-bedroom apartment in the residential area of Guindalera. The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, 3 shared bathrooms and colorful rooms for rent.
On Avenida de América the apartment is the perfect opportunity for professionals or students attending IE Business School who prefer to live in a social apartment. You will be surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy spending time with your new flatmates.

Please note that your Spotahome representative was unable to enter bedroom 6, a large couple-friendly room furnished with a double bed, storage for all your belongings and a desk for your studies and work.
