A modern studio apartment is available to rent near the center of Madrid. The apartment is bright and spacious, and it is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an electric stove, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a toaster, a coffeemaker, and a microwave. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer on the property. The gorgeous bathroom has been recently renovated, and it is very spacious. The living room / bedroom is large and well-lit, and it has a double bed, a sofa, 2 windows, a big wardrobe, a TV, a desk, and plenty of shelving. There are lovely wood floors throughout the apartment.
The Almagro & Trafalgar area is the perfect neighborhood for anybody who wants to enjoy everything Madrid has to offer. Located in and around Madrid's most central, trendiest areas, residents will enjoy an abundance of eclectic restaurants, chic cafes, cool bars, and unique shops. Well-connected to every part of the city by public transportation, Almagro & Trafalgar is not to be missed!
