This gorgeous studio is available to rent in one of Madrid's most popular and exciting areas. The property is modern but still has a cosy and rustic feel throughout as many of the original details are still in place. The living area has a double bed, a nice bar area where you can enjoy your meals and a flat screen TV.
Malasaña is one of the hippest and most sought after areas in Madrid, and living here you will be right at the heart of it. Trendy bars, shops, restaurants and clubs are everywhere and there are plenty of city parks where you can relax on hot days. The famous shopping street Gran Vía is right round the corner and you can easily connect with the rest of the city as the metro is only a few minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The property is modern but with a lot of charm as many of the original details, such as the brick wall, are still visible.
- There is central AC, a real luxury in hot Madrid summers.
- You will never be bored living in this studio as it is located in a central and trendy area.
Things to keep in mind
The washing machine and dryer is in a common area shared with one more tenant.
