This studio apartment on Costanilla de San Pedro, in La Latina is fully furnished and in a location that's hard to beat. The 35 m² property has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed to make the best of the limited space. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, and there is a nice tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in La Latina, right in the heart of the historic city centre. This fun barrio has excellent bars, classic restaurants, and plenty of shops. The area is well connected by public transport, and you can easily walk to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.
What we liked the most
- There is always something happening in La Latina.
- The apartment is in great condition and has been recently refurbished.
- There are lovely polished wooden floors.
- The apartment is equipped with heating to help keep you warm in winter.
- All 3 sofas can be converted into beds.
- The kitchen is spacious for a studio, and fully equipped to cook.
- There is a small dining table for enjoying your meals.

- The apartment is interior and doesn't get a huge amount of natural light, however there are 2 internal windows.
