This unique studio apartment with 1-bathroom has a generous 35 m² footprint on Calle del Capitán Blanco Argibay in Tetuán. The property has a bright living room, where you can relax on the sofa and enjoy a meal at the small dining table. The kitchen has all the basics, including a 3-burner stove, a microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Upstairs is the cozy bedroom, which has a big double bed.
You'll be living in Tetuán, a tranquil, well-connected neighborhood to the north of the Madrid city center. Around the apartment, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets to enjoy. And, with Metro Line 1 just a short walk from the property, you'll have quick transport into the Madrid city center right at your fingertips!

- There is a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom so you have plenty of space for your belongings.
- There is a window in the living room and the door to the apartment is frosted glass so there is plenty of natural light in this apartment.
- This apartment is close to public transport so you can easily get around Madrid.
