This modern studio apartment is located on Calle del Tesoro in the sought after Malasaña barrio. The studio has a semi-independent bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, and there is a sofa in the living area. The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven, microwave and everything else you need to cook.
If you're a student, the Universidad Nebrija is around a 15-minute walk away, and you can relax at one of the cafes nearby after a hard day studying. If you're looking for some great photo opportunities, the Plaza de España is a 10-minute walk away, while the Royal Palace of Madrid is just over 15-minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can get around Madrid easily.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with a shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.

- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
