For a studio, there is a lot of space to stretch out, with an open-plan living room, semi-independent sleeping area, and a cute balcony overlooking a classic plaza below. The kitchen is spacious, and there is 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in La Latina. This hip central barrio is right in the heart of Madrid, and is well known for its lively nightlife. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore close by, and the Metro is just a short stroll away.
