This spacious studio apartment on Calle de Arganzuela, in La Latina is fully furnished and has a stylish modern decor with fashionable furnishings throughout. For a studio, there is plenty of space, with a generous equipped kitchen, and a lovely living and sleeping area with a semi-independent double bed. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom, and a cute balcony overlooking the street below.
The apartment is located in La Latina, a hip central barrio, within walking distance of many of the city's most iconic spots. Located in Madrid's historic heart, you'll be surrounded by classic Spanish architecture, cute cobblestone streets, and plenty of history. There are shops, restaurants, and bars galore, and the Metro is close by if you need to go further afield.

- El Rastro market is just a short walk from the apartment.
- The apartment has nice polished wooden floors.
- There is plenty of storage space available, with a large wardrobe in the sleeping area.
- The comfortable couch in the living room converts into a double bed.
