This luxury 1-bedroom apartment to rent has 1 bathroom and covers an area of 75 m2. The spacious open plan living and dining area is immaculately decorated and stylishly furnished. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas stove top, oven, concealed refrigerator, granite bench top, and heaps of cupboard space. The living room features comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a flat screen television. The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a large spacious book case, and opens out onto a lovely balcony.
The apartment is located on Via Canova, in Corso Sempione. This is a very central neighbourhood of Milan and has excellent restaurants and bars as well as the beautiful Simplon Park which is just a few minutes' walk from the front door.

- The living room is spacious and stylish, with comfortable sofas and a flat screen television.
- Beautiful Parco Sempione is right on your doorstep and is a lovely place for an afternoon stroll or a weekend picnic.

- The bedroom opens out onto a balcony that overlooks the street below.
