Luminous studio apartment for rent, located in the wonderful Brera district, on the lively street of Corso Garibaldi. Featuring plenty of storage, this studio also comes with an air conditioning unit, as well as a ceiling fan to ensure you will be kept comfortable during all seasons. You will live in one of the most beautiful districts, just a short walk from Parco Sempione and a 15 minute metro journey to the iconic Duomo cathedral. The area of the studio is 30 m2.

- We love the large wardrobe, perfect for keeping away all your belongings.
- The living and sleeping area is very luminous due to its large window with fourth floor views.
- The stylish bathroom is equipped with a fantastic and comfortable bathtub.
- This apartment also features an air conditioning unit as well as a ceiling fan.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants can wash their clothes in the nearby launderette, however, an ironing board is available in the apartment.
- Although the kitchenette does not have an oven, it is equipped with a fully functioning electric stove.
