Located in a well-connected area on the outskirts of Milan, this apartment has 1 bedroom, bathroom and a lovely living room and kitchen. There are hardwood floors and a black and white color scheme throughout along with a sofa that converts into an extra bed. Though the living room and the kitchen share the main space in the apartment, they feel and look like very cozy and inviting spaces. Not to worry that you will find everything you need from a flat screen TV to an oven in the kitchen plus luxuries like A/C, marble counter tops and an induction cooking surface. Whether you are studying or working in Milan this year, this will be the perfect place to call home during your stay.
This property located on Via Guiseppe Candiani is situated in Bovisa, which is located north of Milan's city center. This is the perfect area if you are looking to live in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the busy center or if you are studying at Politecnico di Milano - Campus Bovisa - which is just one street behind your new home! There are many services and shops in the nearby Piazza Giovanni Bausan, plus, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. On the weeknights and weekends, you can go explore the city center but make sure you take time to explore the area where you live as there are many bars, lounges and restaurants where you can have great times in a local setting with your friends.
