There are rooms for rent in this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 65 m² footprint on Via Privata Terenzio Mamiani in Turro. The bathroom has a shower over a bath, a large mirror and a toilet and bidet, while the tidy kitchen has a 4-burner stove and oven.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few bars within walking distance as well. The large Parco Lambro is within a half-hour walk and is a great space to explore.

Bedroom 1 is a chic room with a double bed, desk, independent key and window with a courtyard view. This room also has a chest of drawers, shelving and a wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space.

- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The apartment is located close to public transport.
- There is a small balcony which can be accessed through the kitchen.
