This is an excellent opportunity for students of University of Bocconi and anyone who wants to live in one of the most charming areas of Milan, Navigli. This is a two bedroom apartment, with both bedrooms available for rent. It features third-floor exterior views of the street, a shared bathroom with a tub and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. One of the bedrooms has a single bed while the other has a twin bed.
The tenants will benefit from being next to University of Bocconi and having plenty of transportation options into the Milan city centre. This area is also very vibrant and always buzzing with shops, cafes and restaurants. The area of the apartment is 70m2.

- This is a perfect opportunity for the students of University of Bocconi as the apartment is located right next to the university.
- You'll absolutely fall in love with Navigli- the canal-filled streets are full of charm! This area has plenty of restaurants where you can experience some of the best Milan dishes.
- The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher - washing the dishes won't be a struggle anymore.
- The apartment has fantastic third-floor views of the street.
- While the apartment doesn't have a communal living room, the kitchen and both of the rooms are very spacious, perfect for inviting your friends.
