This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the district of Appio Latino has rooms available to rent to couples or individuals. There is a large entrance hall, eat-in kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. In addition to being fully equipped, the kitchen also opens up onto a small balcony.

The Appio Latino district is know for its charming cobblestone streets and architecture. The apartment is located in a residential area within walking distance of multiple metro stops and plenty of shops. There are also 2 parks nearby.

What we liked the most

Both bedrooms are quite spacious.
Bedroom 2 has a private balcony.
The entrance hall is large enough to also be used as a work area.
The bathroom has been recently renovated.
