This gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Rome. The district, referred to as Centro Storico, has an endless amount of monuments, restaurants, and plazas to keep the tenant busy! With the Piazza Navona a stone's throw away, the apartment couldn't be located in a better spot. The Pantheon is a 7-minute walk away and the Mercato di Campo de Fiori is 5-minutes away, and... the list goes on and on. As the property is exterior, the view from the window is impressive as well; tenants will wake up to the view of traditional architecture of the building across the street and, below, cobblestone streets lined with terraces. This central apartment has a total area of 56 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has beautiful wooden ceiling beams and traditional tiles; to accent the natural features of the flat, the landlord has used simple yet elegant furniture to decorate the apartment.
- The windows are double-paned so it keeps out street noise. Tenants have the luxury of having an exterior apartment with gorgeous street views while avoiding the sounds associated with it!
- The apartment has two sofa beds in addition to the double bed in the bedroom; perfect for visiting guests!
- All utilities are included in the rental price (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, central heating), so it will be easy for tenants to budget.
