This beautifully decorated one bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on Via Matteo Boiardo in the district of San Giovanni. The neighborhood, located to the south of the historical center, houses the Basilica di San Giovanni and is known to be a mix of residential and commercial. It has plenty of good restaurants and shops, yet maintains a quietude that tenants will surely appreciate especially at nighttime. The property for rent reflects the variety found in the neighborhood: the combination of classic arched ceilings and chandeliers mixed with modern design and amenities allows tenants to live comfortably and have an authentic cultural experience at the same time. The apartment is conveniently located 5-minutes away from the metro station, so the city center is easily accessible. The spacious property has a total area of 70 m2.
What we liked the most
- The living room and bedroom have high arched ceilings decorated with bricks and a classic chandelier; the contrast with the bright red walls gives the apartment an eclectic look.
- The apartment, despite being a one bedroom property, has a plenty of storage space. Those with a lot of belongings will appreciate this detail!
- The kitchen is especially impressive; all the new amenities are stainless and there is a lot of space for storing your food.
- The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, so tenants can invite their friends and family to visit. In addition, since there are two bathrooms, guests will have their very own bathroom!
- The Basilica di San Giovanni (Basilica of St. John Lateran)- one of the most famous cathedrals of Rome- is located less than 1-minute by foot from the apartment.
- Electricity, water, gas, central heating, and bed linen are all included in the rent, so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is an interior and thus doesn't have a window, but the high ceilings reflect a lot of light and creates a nice ambience.
