This classically decorated 2 bedroom apartment is located on Via Veturia in the lively neighborhood of San Giovanni/Appio Latino. The district is as charming as the apartment for rent: with cobblestone-lined streets and quaint cafes and bars, it's no surprise that it's one of the busiest areas in Rome. The apartment for rent is very well situated: in addition to having various entertainment options within walking distance, it is well-connected by both train and metro, making this flat ideal for those who need to commute to work or simply enjoy getting away from the busy city once in a while! The whole apartment is decorated with quaint furniture, but it has modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. The property is bright and spans 85 m².

What we liked the most

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with everything from a leather couch and TV in the living room to microwave and oven in the kitchen. Tenants will surely live comfortably!
