This 50m2 apartment is tastefully decorated throughout, featuring a large and comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bathrooms, a queen bed, a terrace and a garden. The flat is pet-friendly, offering fantastic spiral staircase which leads into the bedroom, as well as the terrace with a fantastic view. As you will be located in the city centre, you will have easy access to plenty of transportation, attractions and restaurants where you can enjoy the amazing Italian cuisine.
What we liked the most
- You will be located in the city centre and within walking distance to plenty of attractions!
- The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout.
- We absolutely love the spacious living room, featuring sofa beds, a TV and beautiful bookcases along with a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom.
- Tenants will be provided with bed linen.
- The beautiful bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning system, another bathroom and access to the terrace.

- Pets are permitted, but please note that the landlord only allows small dogs.
