This 140 m² property offers a fully equipped kitchen, living area in the entrance corridor, two bathrooms, laundry room, and a large terrace off the kitchen.
Located in the Garbatella area, this property is in a fantastic area, just a 20-minute trip on the Metro away from the centre of Rome. With a huge range of restaurants, bars and shops a 2-minute walk from this property, as well as the nearest supermarket, this property has it all. Located on a quiet street, this property is out of the noise of the city, but is just minutes away.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, desk and chair, television, small fridge and a standalone wardrobe. This room has access to the balcony, which is shared with bedroom 1, and overlooks the street below and has a table and chairs. This lets a lot of natural light into the room.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, and it also has a table and chairs.

- This apartment has a terrace which can be accessed off the kitchen, which has a great view of the surrounding neighbourhood, and plenty of seating as well as a barbeque.
- There is a laundry room off the terrace with the washing machine and a sink.
- This property is in an area with easy access to public transport and a wide range of eateries and shops.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't technically a living room in this property, but there is plenty of space in the corridor with seating to socialise and eat meals.
- The landlord has a very friendly dog currently living in the property.
