Located in the Garbatella area, this property is in a fantastic area, just a 20-minute trip on the Metro away from the centre of Rome. With a huge range of restaurants, bars and shops a 2-minute walk from this property, as well as the nearest supermarket, this property has it all. Located on a quiet street, this property is out of the noise of the city, but is just minutes away.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed, television, A/C unit, bedside table, small fridge, drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The window looks into the interior patio, meaning this room is very quiet. There is a storage closet in this room that cannot be accessed and belongs to the landlord, which he is hoping to eventually turn into an ensuite bathroom.

- This apartment has a terrace which can be accessed off the kitchen, which has a great view of the surrounding neighbourhood, and plenty of seating as well as a barbeque.
- There is a laundry room off the terrace with the washing machine and a sink.
- This property is in an area with easy access to public transport and a wide range of eateries and shops.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't technically a living room in this property, but there is plenty of space in the corridor with seating to socialise and eat meals.
- The landlord has a very friendly dog currently living in the property.
