This 3-bedroom,1-bathroom exterior apartment is available to rent in central Seville.The apartment is light and bright throughout, with lots of natural light and while decor. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 single and 1 double, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a balcony. The kitchen offers lots of storage space and is perfect for cooking up your favourite dishes.
This apartment is located in the Nevirón area, very close to Plaza de España and the park surrounding it, perfect for a morning jog, or just a wander. You'll love living in this part of the city, with San Bernardo metro in easy reach and the University of Seville just a few minutes' walk away. There is a supermarket just around the corner and you'll find plenty of local shops close by too.
What we liked the most
- The location, right next to Plaza de España, is one of the best in the city.
- There’s a nice balcony with two chairs for you to sit on and enjoy the sunlight in the evening.
- All of the bedrooms have plenty of storage options, so you'll have no trouble keeping the space clutter-free!
