This 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Madre Isabel Moreno, in Nervión has a classic Seville decor. The 75m² property has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a tidy tiled bathroom. The living area also opens out onto a nice balcony with a view over the city.
The apartment is located in Nervión, home to a number of university campuses. As a result many students reside here, which helps shape the vibrant atmosphere of the neighbourhood. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, and public transport is within easy reach.
