This 1-bedroom house on Calle Salto de Alvaredon, in Santa Clara, is a spacious 80 m² and opens out onto a gorgeous private patio. The fully furnished property is equipped with AC, and has an open plan kitchen and living area as well as a bathroom with a state-of-the-art jacuzzi shower.
The house is located in a very tranquil area, but close to shops, restaurants and all the essential amenities. The area is also well connected by public transport, with buses stopping 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The patio has a table placed right under a beautiful tree.
- The jacuzzi shower plays music so you can take singing in the shower to the next level!
- The living area and bedroom have ceiling fans and AC.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated.
- The living room is furnished with a television and sofa.
- The house is in a lovely residential area.

- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it is otherwise well equipped.
