The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe where you can find you own washing machine. There is a combined living room and kitchen with a sofa bed, foldable table, and flat-screen TV.
On Calle Santa Clara, this apartment provides the perfect balance of a quiet building complex in a central location. You are minutes away from Calle Calatrava which is lined with delicious gourmet and fusion restaurants and from the popular Alameda de Hérucles plaza. Alamaeda is always buzzing with families, dogs, and groups of friends. Here you can do everything: grab a beer, eat a crepe, walk your dog, listen to jazz, and dance the night away.
What we liked the most
- Living in an interior apartment keeps you cool during summer, but you have an AC unit for some extra help.
- We love the high ceilings that make the space feel bigger.
- Having your own washing machine in a small space is a plus!
