Consisting of three rooms, all with twin beds or double beds, the apartment spans an impressive 120m2 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, and 2 bathrooms to be shared among all tenants. An affordable choice for those on a budget, this apartment is in the neighborhood of El Plà del Real, a student-friendly neighborhood close to the city center of Valencia.
What we liked the most
- Close to the University of Valencia, students will benefit from a very short commute to class!
- There are 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms.
- The living room is very spacious and bright, and serves as an excellent place to relax after class or work.
- The Estadio de Mestalla is literally right in front of the apartment; you can even see the sign from the living room!

- The common areas face the busy street below, but the bedrooms are interior.
