Located on Carrer de Polo y Peyrolón in the area of El Plà del Real, this comfortable 55m2 apartment for rent is an excellent choice for students and professionals alike. It features comfort in each room - from the double bed in the bedroom, cupboards in the kitchen and a large shower in the bathroom to plenty of space in the living area as well as a large balcony with quiet, interior views. With plenty of public transportation options available, you can easily reach the city centre, the beach and plenty of other parts of Valencia. You will also be living close to the main Valencia park which is perfect for an afternoon walk, a morning run and plenty of outdoor sports.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is less than a 15 minute walk away from University of Valencia, perfect for students.
- You can also easily reach Valencia beach in just a few minutes, with a variety of public transportation.
- We love the large shower in the bathroom.
- The living room has access to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a romantic dinner.
- You will have access to plenty of storage units where you can keep your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- Cleaning services are included in the rent, however, the tenants will be charged for other utilities.
- Please note that the kitchen does not have an oven, however, you will be provided with a functioning microwave as well as a stove.
