This modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer d'Espartero in Extramurs. It is decorated in an airy contemporary style, and has interior and exterior views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is another full bathroom for the use of bedroom 1. The apartment is spacious, at 70 m², and has a large and bright living area.
The location here is excellent; just a 10-minute walk to the centre of the city, and with the rest of it accessible with ease from any of 5 metro lines nearby. The central location means that you'll never have to travel far to find those day-to-day necessities, and there are a multitude of cafes and bars within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- Although the living room and bedroom 1 have interior views, they are of a big, open space, with an attractive courtyard.
- The apartment has AC – you'll be grateful for it on hot summer nights.
- Public transport nearby is excellent, and brings the whole city within easy reach.
- There's a big public park just around the corner.
