This 70 m² apartment available to rent is located in the Extramurs district, within walking distance of the city center. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment have an open-layout which allows the light and fresh air to flow. There is an equipped kitchen that opens up onto a small balcony and a cozy living room.
Extramurs is a very central location, locatred outside the city walls but still within walking distance of the historical center. Not only is the apartment a 5-mintue walk to the center, but you are connected to the rest of the city by 5 metro lines. Outside the apartment you can find a public library, Mercadona grocery store, and even an Fnac electronics store.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quite sunny and well-decorated.
- Modern amenities inlcude central AC and heating, a TV, and a washing machine.
- Bedroom 2 has a private ensuite bathroom and balcony.
- The kitchen also opens up onto an interior balcony.
- You are about a 5-minute walk to the historical city center and closest metro stop.
- The location is ideal for students attending the Universidad Católica de Valencia.
