This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Garrigues in the historic Ciutat Vella. The interior apartment is well equipped and contemporary, and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable as soon as you move in. The spacious living room has modern furnishings and includes a 4-seater dining table. There is access to the shared interior terrace, where you have another 4-seater dining table, to dine al fresco.
Living here, you're right in the heart of the city. Everything you could possibly need you'll find practically on your doorstep, with hundreds of shops, restaurants and other amenities withing a few minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- Here and there in the apartment, the original steel beams have been left exposed, creating an interesting semi-industrial aesthetic.
- It's lovely to have access to a terrace, where you can enjoy a meal outside. And with the canopy, it doesn't even matter if it's raining.
- For all your fresh goods, look no further than the Mercat Central, just a couple of minute's walk away.
- Plaza de la Reina, Valencias central plaza, is nearby. It's big, it's pretty, it's surrounded by terrazas, and it's a great place to people-watch.
