Welcome to your gorgeous new home in Valencia!
This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Cervantes, in Extramurs. Each room has a double bed and colourful tiled floors. The entire apartment has a feeling of quality and a traditional, elegant style. The furnishings and fittings are all carefully chosen to fit the apartment's aesthetic, and the modern and original are blended with confidence and panache.
If the apartment itself isn't enough, the location is great. It's central, so that you can see all the sights of the city and explore on foot easily, but with the Metro nearby for journeys further afield. You can walk to the city centre in 10 minutes. There are more bars, restaurants and cafes nearby than you could try out in a year. And all the shopping you could need can be found withing a 10-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- Everything! This is an exceptional apartment.
- In particular we love the open plan living area / kitchen, with its high ceiling giving a very open feeling.
- Need some last-minute groceries? There's a Mercadona Supermarket 2-minute's walk away.
- How about a day relaxing on Valencia's beautiful beach? Metro line 5 and tramline 6 can get you there in 39 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building which doesn't have an elevator.
- Bedroom 3 is interior, and has a window to bedroom 2 to allow in light.
- Bedroom 3 has direct access to the shared bathroom.
- The apartment doesn't have heating. But you won't need it in Valencia's warm climate.
