This bright 3-bedroom apartment is for rent on Avinguda Cid in L'Olivereta. On the 7th floor, the apartment's living room opens up onto a large balcony that has great views of the city. The living area is cozy with a couch, dining table, flat-screen TV, and AC unit. The are two rooms with single beds, and one with a double bed that also has access to a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboards and a pantry. It also has an attached laundry room.
L'Olivereta is a residential district about 20 minutes west of Valencia's city center. The district is great if you are looking for a more tranquil atmosphere. On Avinguda del Cid, you have plenty of Metro and bus lines that stop nearby, connecting you all over the city. You also have lots of restaurant, shops, and other amenities just minutes from your door. There are plenty of supermarkets close by, including a Mercadona and a Supercor Express.
What we liked the most
- There are AC units – great for summer.
- The balcony is spacious and has great city views.
- We love the colorful walls.
- You can reach the city center in just 20 minutes.
