The Estació del Nord, the main train station in Valencia, is a 9 minute walk away. You can reach the University of Valencia in just a few minutes by taking the bus number 81 from the Padilla - Music Peydro station. Valencia beach is just under 45 minutes away and you can reach it with the bus number 32 from the Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques station. Metro station Xativa, with access to lines 3, 5, and 9 which will take you to the airport, is a 7 minute walk.
