The flat is absolutely immaculate: it is fully renovated and uses a mix of rustic and wooden furniture to create a unique atmosphere. The flooring is new and it contrasts nicely with the different wall texture you'll find in the apartment. The property for rent consists of 2 bedrooms- one furnished with a big double bed and another with twin beds-, making it perfect for a couple or a family who wants a one of a kind home for their stay in Valencia. In the surrounding area, El Pla del Remei, you'll find a lively atmosphere; in fact, the flat is situated near the Mercado de Colon where you can find delis and gourmet options! The spacious and well-furnished property is 90 m2.

- Pets are welcome in the flat!
