This beautiful apartment is ideal for professionals and families with a bright living room with a flat-screen TV, 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace that looks out to the communal pool. Yes, there is a pool just in case you don’t want to make a 10 minute walk to the beach!
Alboraya is referred to as “Little Venice” and features unique and colorful building facades. The neighborhood is calm and residential, becoming more lively during the summer months. This flat would be perfect for those looking to get away to the beach for a few months or wanting to live right by the coast while having easy access to the city of Valencia, which is a 25 minute bus ride away!
What we liked the most
- There is a portable AC unit and 3 fans to help keep you cool during summer.
- You will have access to the community pool and a garage.
Things to keep in mind
- The pool is only open during the summer months (June to September/October).
- All the rooms comes furnished with a double bed.
